Its hard disc crashed after being used for 14 months.I spent 325 dollars for replacement. And I rarely used it. What a disappointment..." DON'T BUY" this product unless you want disappointment

I have had it for 6 mos and works great. I rated it 4 because the keyboard/mouse do not connect. I have this computer at work purchased at Best Buy and got it here with more RAM and cheaper. I didn't mind at the beginning that the keyboard/mouse were not connecting as I use an ergonomic one; however, my husband doesn't like the ergonomic keyboard and wants to use the Dell one. Three months after I purchased this computer I contacted Amazon, but they don't provide support. I have contacted the seller twice via customer support requesting a keyboard/mouse replacement and never got a reply, very disappointed. I will try now through the Asurion warranty that I purchased.

This all in one is great. It has everything I needed and has great features. The Webcam at the top goes up and down with a small press which is great for privacy. It is also a touch screen which is nice for certain apps. I chose to use a keyboard that matches my office but the one it comes with is really nice as well. It is a fast processor and the monitor is large and is great when having multiple windows open and there are many configurations available when using multiple windows.

This sale was doomed from the minute I received the all in one computer. First of all the keyboard was received without the USB adapter so the keyboard was useless. So I purchased a keyboard from a local supplier. Then I tried to install a program and it came up with a WINDOWS INSTALLER ERROR. I called the manufacturer of the program, I have installed the program on a previous computer, they told me to look at WINDOWS INSTALLER. They instructed me in how to find windows installer. The issue was WINDOWS INSTALLER WAS NOT INSTALLED ON THE COMPUTER. Needless to say I am returning the unit. I feel badly because of the high shipping costs, but not badly enough to keep a defective PC.

I have a weather station so basically that is what I use it for. It is so much faster than my old computer! I love it !!

It took 10 minutes to attach the legs, plug in the power and start setting up microsoft. Screen tilts forward and back to adjust to comfort. Screen and sound are A++

Purchased this for a first "family computer" to help our kids learn how to use Windows OS, we are very happy with it. Compact, came with a keyboard and mouse and its plenty of computer for our needs.

Easy to setup everything ready to go. Just wish to mouse and keyboard were rechargeable. Other than that a good buy in my book's.
