Great replacement for the original
Lost the original wrench key and this works great when i have to replace the filters. Cheap too

Couldn't change filters without it
Moved into a house with an ispring system and needed one of these to change the filters. Delivery was fast and the products itself is great quality. Really easy to use and great value for money!

Not had opportunity to use it
I have not had the opportunity to use as yet, filters are still good, but it’s well made and appears strong enough, useful having the two sizes on one thing.

Couldn't get enough leverage, returned
I've owned the iSpring RCC7AK 6 stage water filter since 2017 but I've always struggled when undoing the three main water filters (every 6 months) prior to replacing them. Perhaps I always over tighten them on installation, something they warn you about not doing. Or maybe they just get tighter over time? Anyway, I noticed my original large wrench had a small crack developing in it, so I tried this 2-in-1 solution. In use, I could not get it to work for me. Perhaps my 70 year old arms are too feeble but I just couldn't generate enough leverage to open any of them - I was worried I would break it (or hurt myself) if I tried too hard. In the end I had to resort to an engine oil filter removal tool which is made of metal. It wasn't designed for this task and it marked the filter housings slightly but it did the trick. In my opinion iSpring produce the best drinking water filters on the market: they are really good value and work really well. Their customer service is absolutely first class. But sadly, I had to return the item. Can I suggest iSpring make this item in metal? I know it would make it way more expensive but I am confident it would work every single time. I'd certainly buy one if they did!

was a bit worried since the specs weren't available but it worked for my particular RO/DI unit from some company in the US called BRS (i.e., not iSpring) yet it worked to tighten it just fine to prevent leaks. decent price too.
