Great product but very strong
I only wanted to open my curls up a little bit, so I left it for 3-4 minutes while the instructions said 15-20 minutes. It worked wonders! My curls didn’t shrink in the British weather and still look nice outdoors when it’s raining/humid. I only applied it to the lower half of the length- far away from the scalp. But I still had more hair fall than usual when I washed it. Similar to when you do a hair dye. But not too bad. I took a patch test on one part before I applied it on my entire hair- it is strong! it will definitely straighten your hair if you leave it on for as long as instructed. I’m super happy with it.

DO NOT USE ON COLOURED/BLEACHED HAIR
The instructions are too small to read. I found the information only after the product arrived. I dyed my hair 10 days ago, and I thought it wouldn't be a problem. Luckily, I did a strand test before applying it to my whole hair. After 10 minutes, MY HAIR MELTED, and even after being washed many times and applying a lot of mascara, the rest of the strand feels like a straw broom.
