Why isn't it glowing in the dark? We got black and white cow. The green parts dont glow. Do we need to press anything?

I would unwrap it, absolutely! It expands with some air, and you can also fluff it up a bit and get maximum Floofness . I wrapped mine using cut-apart, black trash bags and it was an extra bonus having everyone go, "what the heck is that???!" upon seeing the shape and size. Add ribbons around bag for extra confusion.
