I haven't noticed any particular short-term effects (good or bad).I wish they broke down the "proprietary blend" into how much of each type, instead of 266mg of a mix of 6. It's also not a lot to spread across that many, so it seems like the ones in the proprietary blend are maybe there mostly so they can use the "there are 10 types!" to make it sound better.The capsules have kind of an earthy smell in the bottle, but I can't smell individual ones outside it.I have trouble taking capsules with water, but if I take them with something carbonated or with warm tea, it makes them easier to swallow. If these have a flavor, taking them the way I do masks it.The bottle came with plastic wrapped around the outside of the lid, and a tamper seal on the inside too.The one I got in May 2023 expires in March 2027.

Per capsule, it provides 133mg Cordyceps Mushroom Extract, 133mg Reishi Mushroom Extract, 133mg Shiitake Mushroom Extract and 133mg Lions Mane Mushroom. In addition, they add 133mg of their Proprietary Mushroom Blend, which is composed of six more mushroom components. It is noteworthy that the majority of the mushroom ingredients are in extract form, which means they're concentrated and offer increased potency (albeit without properly noting the extract concentration ratios).Also notable, the product label displays certification badges for: Made in the USA, Lab Tested:3rd Party Certified for Purity & Potency, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and text that states Made in FDA Registered Facility. The GMP, FDA and 3rd Party Lab Tested ably satisfies my expectations for supplement safety and integrity of ingredients/processing.I feel this is a very credible mushroom complex supplement, providing most of the ingredients in an extract form (although I am disappointed that they do not specify the exact concentration ratios for any of the extract ingredients). 4.5 stars.

This is a pretty good mushroom supplement. I like how they specify whether the fruiting body or mycelium was used for all of the mushroom ingredients in it. I don't think I've noticed much of a difference taking these, but I normally take mushroom supplements every day so I don't expect a large difference from switching which product I take each day. I will say the dosages seem a bit low, I normally take much more lion's mane daily than the 266mg they have per serving here. I also wish they specified the amounts of the mushrooms used in their proprietary blend.

This is one of those supplements that will take long term consumption to really net the benefits, but if you're going to invest in one there are a couple things you want to look for. First is third party testing to tell you that the products contain what it says it does. You also want to look for the GMP stamp to tell you that it was manufactured in a facility certified to use good manufacturing practices. I'm very happy to see that both of these stamps are on the label. As for the capsules themselves they're clean and easy to swallow with no bad taste or smell. Overall, great supplement.
