Installation was very easy (concrete substrate) and using for my TRX suspension kit. Overall great item.

This is a solidly made item is steel in a black finish, weighing in at around 450g. The fixings themselves are solid, too, with a choice of wood bolt screws or expanding bolts for masonry; add around another 100g, depending on which suits your application.The bracket can then hold 750lbs - although that is going to hang on the choice of mounting point, and user discretion is important in choosing where to fix this if you intend to load nearly 350kg on the bracket.In conclusion, this is a good bracket - with many uses from mounting a swing chair etc, or use in home sports.

Ordered as one of those Amazon 'people buy this with that' offers. It's too big for the ropes I bought 12cm almost 5" diameter. But great quality tbh. Returned. Now can't find a smaller one to fit the beam!

I attached these to a brick wall to use with resistance bands. For the price they seem very sturdy and are good price. I can't comment on their ability to support you whilst dangling from the ceiling as it would personally take something with the engineering of the humber bridge for me to attempt that. I used my own 8mm plugs and screws purely as the cost of a 10/12 mm drill bit is more than the bracket itself. For my purposes I've full confidence they it will stay put.

The media could not be loaded. Followed the mounting instructions and realized that the screw wouldn't catch.Then I couldn't get them out, so I leaned back on the suspension system attached to this and the whole thing came out!One the bolts were out I noticed that the metal was absolutely rubbish quality and I was able to bend it with 1 finger.The bolt itself just slid through the metallic bracket like butter!Terrible quality, I'll be buying separate bolts to mount it tomorrow!!!

Hi, it’s a good solid piece and very large, it’s bigger than I thought it would be and that isn’t a bad thing, so it would hold some weight depending on mounting, a sturdy solid piece for the price 😀
