TyrePal TC215/B Tyre Pressure Monitoring System TPMS for caravans and trailers with 6 sensors

Best thing was being able to order the configuration of sensors that I needed (4 for car+ 2 for trailer). Very easy to fit if you follow the instructions. Ability to turn trailer monitoring on/off easily is good. Screen has good visibility in front, to the sides and below, but I found that the display disappears when viewed from about 20 degrees or more above the center line, so this need to be taken into consideration when deciding where to position it in the vehicle.

Great way to give peace of mind when towing.readout a bit primitive but it works.easy to use,swap to my work van when not towing.tip when setting high and low pressures don't set them too close to cold pressure as the pressures can increase a lot in hot weather.i set mine 8psi higher and 6 lower to cope with fluctuations .highly recommend.

So far so good..it's doing exactly what I was looking for in towing my off road trailer with me 4x4. Have taken it through some mud, rocks and stuff and no issues so far ... works like a GEM.

Much better than the previous model.

So, I bought this with the view to permanent use, but its just too big and ugly to keep in the car all the time.I wanted to send back and swap for the 2 wheel version to use only when towing - you can buy short range 4-wheel ones for less than £25 and they work - had one for three years on one of our cars.I tried the following ways to contact them:-The e-mail they say to send toTheir phone numbers - all of them, several messages and about 20 callsI eventually just returned and ask for a refundI have had no response to any contact at all - it's as if they don't exist.I am having to claim a refund through my credit card.So, if you are happy to take the risk of that kind of service if something goes wrong, fill your boots. Others seem to like the product. I don't - its a monstrous carbuncle on the dashboard. And the non-existent service is worse.

I didn't buy through Amazon, but the C & C club. I've fitted this today and it took 30 mins, after following the guide lines. Note to self read them first next time. Set up is relatively easy. But once fitted you then realise where the hell am I going to stick the display, without it being obvious. There are 3 options on mounting, but I've used the stand and slid it in the CD slot. Update : if you are going to buy this I would only order this direct from Tyre Pal, via Amazon . Their aftercare service is second to none and could not be any more helpful in resolving my queries.

I didn't buy from Amazon but at the Caravan Show recently after seeing a demo there. It is a fantastic product, very easy to set up and provides enormous peace of mind, especially if you are towing a caravan, with pressure and temperature readouts displayed cyclically for each tyre. If something goes wrong on either of these metrics you get an alert in time to take appropriate evasive action. If you are about to experience a potentially catastrophic blowout on one of your caravan tyres, you will get alerted well before it gets to the blowout stage, as before that happens you will get a low pressure and/or high temperature warning. Several insurance companies provide discounts if you have these fitted to your caravan. It is amazing that these are not standard fitments to vehicles, given the importance of tyres but there it is.
