I have been experimenting with different forms of Ashwagandha and this one by far is my favorite. Since it is liquid form, it absorbs quickly and you can start off with a lower does than with say, the 600 mg pill form. One dose of this liquid version is approximately 200mg. I take 2 doses every day. I feel more clarity in my brain and can remember things quicker. My energy level feels more consistent, instead of up and down with exhaustion. Overall, I would buy this again and continue use.

Way to go! Ultimate calming effect. Great taste! All natural. Great facility it's being produced in. Have not found a better one anywhere in the world. Highly recommend. A bit pricey but with this you truly get what you pay for and it's worth it. Just wish they'd have more sales where one could stock up.

This ashwaghanda is great quality which you can tell when you take it. I am a fan of all their products. Having the KSM version in a dropper form ensures higher bioavailability and potency. As it is adaptogenic it can help with both energy and calm depending on when and how much you take. Taste like raisins (not unpleasant). Good stuff !

If you like sweet then perfect, it's not that sweet but if you are someone that doesn't like the sweet taste then not the best option. The bottle is good quality.It does help me sleep better but might go with a different brand after this one.
