Great phone works great condition

Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G to replace my Amazon refurbished Galaxy Note 9 which, after nearly 5 years' trouble-free use, suddenly expanded its battery, breaking off the back of the phone! I thought I was ordering another refurbished phone, albeit in good condition, but on arrival the following day it actually looked brand new...I know this model has been discontinued by Samsung, but given that Note 20s can sell for 3 times the price I paid, and newer models can cost around 6 times the price, to say I was delighted with it is an understatement.It does everything I want, and has a few functions I have yet to explore. The radio app I use played overnight on the phone, with less than 15% battery used, which bodes well for great battery function.The only problem I encountered was that the wrong charging cable was included, and when I messaged the seller they apologised and sent a replacement immediately without any fuss - it arrived the next day, so I am really happy with my purchase.

The phone arrived and I just couldn’t find a mark anywhere, came out of the box and in less than half an hour it was set up with all my data and contacts, email, Apps everything. Works just as it should. Well packaged and prompt delivery even with a bank holiday weekend.

Except for the battery percentage which seems to last a bit less, it's perfectly fine and works really well. Seems like new.
