I simply love this. The durability of this product is a five out of five. It’s strong. It hasn’t messed up on me yet. It’s been almost 4 months that I’ve had it and I can’t help. I don’t have any complaints. The easy use is simple to put together with the instructions inside of the manual five out of five the quality of this product Five this is a really good value for your money. I will give this a five out of five. The size of it. Is it still perfect I work as a SUD counselor so I just hang this right on my pant loop and walk around and it has carries my ID and I also put my ID in there and my credit cards due to some of my credit cards due to the simple fact that it’s got an AirTag on it so I can’t lose it. The weight of it is perfect. It’s not too heavy. It’s not too late put together very well five out of five. The size of the product is five out of five

This is a great way to look professional in a corporate environment where a regular badge reader easily breaks, this one is great, durable and strong enough to last a long time. I've had my badge for a little over a year now and it's still as strong as it was before! Highly recommend!

Is sturdy and well sealed, but after close to a year of use -mostly on my pocket and work bagpack: the holder bolt got loosen, and the retractable cable mechanism broke

I popped an airtag in here and connected my work badge so now, when I'm running late for work, it's not my badge that hold me up. I've had it for several months now and it's holding up. It costs more but it's worth it.

I purchased this item, and the first one they sent had a major issue: the preinstalled screws on the clip-on holder were so tight, they were impossible to remove using the screwdriver provided. I thought it was just an unfortunate manufacturing mistake, so I returned it, expecting the replacement to be better.Unfortunately, the second one came with the exact same problem.As seen in the picture, trying to unscrew the preinstalled screws only strips them, making the holder unusable. Ironically, the one that comes without any preinstalled screws works perfectly.This could be a great product—if only the screws weren’t overtightened or were left out entirely.Sadly, I’ll have to return this product.

Bought on Jun 24, 2023. It broke on October 24, 2024. Lasted a year and 4 months!It WAS amazing! Sorta. Parts started breaking off but minor things. Like the badge clasp split. Easy fix, I just put everything on the key ring. Business as usual.But then the other day- it snapped! Felt like something hit me on my gut and then I realized what happened.You can still see the little ring from the badge clasp still on the piece it attached to. AirTag is mine though. It never came with one. I already had one ANDDDDD it says it DOESNT come with one so I don’t know why some people thought it would as it says “Not Included”..But when I tried to pull the reel wire out, it never retracted again! Wild. So I took it apart. Wound up the metal spring and it retracts now…. BUT the wire is just tied so we’ll see how long that lasts because I’m not paying another $20 to gamble on another one lasting. BUT maybe I just got a weaker one. Who knows?I dont excessively use the reel. I don’t fling my badge around like you can with the normal badge reels. I just used it regularly to badge in and out of my department at work and that’s it. I only bought this for the AirTag part because I kept losing my work IDs and they’re $12 a pop cash money to replace so this was my solution.It DOES say 24 month satisfaction guaranteed - so maybe the seller might replace it for me! I have no option to contact them through here though.
