I've tried a couple different products and these seem to be the best so far at keeping my prostate relaxed and helping to fully empty my bladder and have a strong stream. Your mileage may vary, but I'm happy so far.

I have been taking similar saw palmetto based products for several years, and maybe they do help, but I can't say for sure. The nature of their action is that you shouldn't have any undesirable symptoms. That can easily also happen if you didn't take any. This is true of most supplements, unlike medicines. There are two aspects I didn't like about this product. One is the mixing of small amounts of common vitamins and minerals. If you take a multi-vitamin every day, you get plenty of them. Adding tiny amounts more, can hardly be considered worth the extra cost (you can get, pure saw palmetto or cranberry supplements). The second, and more concerning aspect is the lack of any quality certification, especially since there is no FDA or other oversight in the production of supplements. Quality assurance is provided by GMP certification, 3rd party testing for purity and potency, FDA lab registry etc. It says "laboratory tested" on the Amazon site, but the meaning is unclear and it is not stated on the bottle itself. These two reasons concern me and lead me to a neutral rating.
