no disrespect to the seller at all because i got my money back.BUT this phone is utter rubbish i had it 3days and on the third day of owning it it did nothing but reboot itself every 10 mins making it completly useless even down to when you swiped up to unlock it you got the main apps screen .ive had a tcl 10 pro for 2 1/2 years and never had any issues so would i recomend the tcl 40 se easy answer NOTCL 10 PRO.... 10+TCL 40 SE.... 3 OUT OF 10

Great phone love the colour but it says you get free ear buds with the phone but I never received any, I did notify them but nothing. But Love the phone ***

Phone is grand. Pretty quick, smooth and responsive.Small gripes....very sensitive screen so when typing, my hand often inadvertently closes the screen down. Lack of ability to organise the app drawer upsets my OCD somewhat....but that's a personal preference.The fingerprint sensor being on the power button is unusual and is taking some getting used to, but it's responsive and reads the prints easy enough.Pretty good phone for the price. Camera is decent. Definitely not a market leader but unless you really truly know Samsung Phones, you'd be hard pressed to know the difference between this and one of the Samsung A type phones.The picture clearly shows headphones however these do not arrive. They relate to a promotion that expired months ago, so you do not receive them

Mobile is very very bad experience. Bettry is do bad finish in 5 to hours without any use.
