Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick Stir Fry / Wok Pan with Helper Handle - 14 Inch, Black

I love these pans. Got my first set many years ago. As they wear out I replace them with the same brands. They have changed a bit over time but they stay the same size so lids can be reused if needed. They look good and clean up easily.

Bought for my mother who wanted a more popular but very expense brand of pans. She said this is the best pan she has ever used and now wants the set. Truly a non stick pan. Thick but not too heavy, loves the lid. Looks like a very expensive brand but is more affordable .

I had an old Circulon pan that was too small for most of what I cook. This set replaces the small one but also added the larger 10" one I really wanted. My son wanted our old 8-1/2" pan since I now have a new one. I love the way these avoid sticking unlike some of my teflon coated pans and they seem to maintain better heat distribution. I find these are very easy to clean, regardless of how you may accidentally burn food in them. I simply fill them with water and let it sit a bit then I can simply rinse out the residue. Will always purchase Circulon over teflon.

I like the size and weight of this frying pan. My only problem is that it seems the heat is not distributed evenly. It seems to get hotter in the center. Its nonstick surface works well. It seems durable.

We finally threw away our hard used skillet pan we cook every meal in it seems everyday and bought this. Love the high sides when I’m browning ground meat. I’ve left a low fire under it for way too long and thank god the pan (and the house) did fine. The lid seals well and it’s not too heavy for me to lift, wash and put away easily. In fact it’s quite light and very fast to clean. I think it’s a great pan. I have a set from our wedding 35 years ago and it’s going strong with a lot of hard miles on it all.

Great price for the quality of the pot. Cleans well and handle never gets hot.

Very good pot. I would definitely buy again.

I expected the concentric circles on the interior would be hard to clean but it's been fine so far. The non-metal handles are nice. I've been careful not to overheat it.

The pan will tip over towards the handle if pan is empty. Need to hold handle while heating light foods.
