Brought this as it is a natural inflammatory product. I sprinkle it on my cereal in the morning and adds a good taste that I actually really like. Quite a big *Back so will last for quite awhile been using it two weeks now and not even halfway through.

I compared the Cassia cinnamon with this Ceylon and this reminds me of the cinnamon of my childhood, which got me hooked on cinnamon from the first taste. And it's organic too!

Read up on benefits of Ceylon cinnamon and decided to buy. From my research and other reviews the Ceylon is sweeter is sweeter but this has no taste at all. In fact no smell either. I ordered another brand to compare and the second brand I bought had a more sweeter taste than this one. Not sure I can return since it’s opened.
