Competent well-made device.

Rubbish product and customer service.
Bought early April. Tried to use for first time yesterday as not required before. Top of scope would not fit onto barrel or middle attachment ( looked like threads not compatible ). Absolute rubbish. Tried to get a replacement as only 3 mounts old and never been used before. Told by company it was out of time to be returned. I’m sure there is a law against selling faulty goods and then not replacing it. Noticed someone else had the same problem. Be warned!!!

Otoscope.
Thevotoscope was better quality than expected and could be used on a daily basis without hesitation if required. All fittings were also of excellent quality.

Don't forget to buy batteries for this substantial looking otoscope.
Seems substantial but, because the need to buy batteries was in such small print I had not noticed it, I will need to go out and buy batteries and then it will hopefully it will meet my expectations.I have since used the otoscope twice, then it stopped working - I presume the bulb fused. I tried to buy a bulb, without success. I then contacted the seller who suggested that I buy a bulb and they would re-imburse me for the cost! It appears we are at something of a stalemate.When working it was very efficient - especially for the price - until things went downhill.

It works perfectly. Can see my kids wax. It's easy to use. Saves trips to the doctors

Quick dispatch, item seems ok, a bit tricky to fit the head on the base, but seems quite sturdy when on. For the price paid, seems very good value
