The system was almost perfect, and I'm including customer service in this review or lack thereof, I thought it was good, It had everything I thought I could want, push to start, remote start, keyless entry and a button to unlock the car incase I forgot my keys inside the car. but there was a few things wrong, and I don't think they'll get fixed. First is the lack of customer support, this is one of the most expensive, single payment, items I have bought and I have no support from the provider. Secondly, I believe that cold weather has an affect on the system because I had issues when trying to use the push to start during cold weather, while the unit performed flawlessly for months after being installed, in warm weather. I've had the unit installed since February of 2016 and will update after my second winter. The remote start is convenient. Speaking from experience, If everything acts like it's going to work but the car doesn't start, check the the security of the harness going to your key sense, this is an issue I had right after installation.
