If you’re serious about making sourdough bread that is tasty AND instagram picture worthy this is the product for you. The product comes with multiple blades that are in a protective covering and it is really easy to replace them. Sometimes products are difficult to work with especially with how sharp these blades are but that is not this product. The curve of the blade is important to scoring your load especially if you are making leaves, vines, etc. Prior to getting this scorer I tried to use a knife and that definitely did not work the same.This tool is a game changer for any bread enthusiast as it gives you the ability to precisely score your loaf no matter if it’s a round or an oval. I just got into sourdough and I love art so this was a great addition to my kitchen so that I can make beautiful loaves! I like putting a lot of time into the scoring of a loaf because when I give them to friends and coworkers they love them.

I recently got into baking homemade bread and decided to purchase this to score my loaves prior to baking.Pros: Comfortable wooden handle allows you to securely hold it while scoring the dough. Additional replacement blades and they are easy to remove and install.Cons: No real cons to this product but I feel like I can just use a sharp knife to score the dough and do not need a special tool to do so.

I started making sour dough and love these for their ease of use. It comes with extra blades individually wrapped so that it is safe to store. The blades are sharp as expected! I even use them for cleaning every once in a while!

Product does the job but with some effort because the included blades could certainly be sharper. Had to use other blades because the included blades tear rather than slice through the dough.

The media could not be loaded. Durable and sharp! Small and easy to store! Lightweight and easy to use.

Don't buy this lame, it's lame. Probably do better at the dollar store. Quality is low.
