I’m a vegetarian and like most, I have difficulty getting enough protein in my diet. I tried the blondies in both peanut butter and salted caramel flavors. They are made with almond flour, so I’m sure that’s where their protein comes from. They are definitely delicious, soft, yet chewy and they have a little chocolate drizzle on the top. Great for a snack or light breakfast, I do love ‘em.

I have not been diagnosed as Gluten-allergy, but I know several family members who indeed have a gluten allergy. I like to have these around for them to have a snack to offer them that does not cause a reaction. I have no allergy to gluten, but I like the taste and enjoy eating these too. The texture is a little different a tiny bit gummier than other baked square bars that I usually buy, firm and dense when you bite into it. That is only reason for just giving it 4 stars. This bar has nice peanut butter taste with a semisweet chocolate drizzle and chocolate chunks making it even more delicious. Do not do as I do when I am running errands and totally forget and leave a box of them in my car. The heat inside melts the chocolate onto the wrapper and kind of makes it a little messier to eat. But that is my own fault no fault by KIND. The price is a little bit higher than some non-gluten snack bars I buy, but the great taste is work the expense.

Kids and husband love these bars. I feel like I buy a box a week.

I LOVE these bars!!!! I'm so obsessed with them. They arrive in my Subscribe and Save box every 2 weeks. I love the chocolate and salted caramel flavors as well, but peanut butter is my favorite. I appreciate that they're gluten free. I usually have one with my afternoon cold brew pick-me-up. They feel substantial and just the right amount of filling to tie you over until dinner, but you could certainly eat more than one if you have a larger appetite.

My husband ordered these, and then couldn't eat them due to medically necessary dietary changes, which means I get to eat them so as to avoid waste. I expected these to be tasty, especially since my husband enjoyed them, but my taste buds were VERY unhappy. They just taste chemically and weird to me, and absolutely NOTHING like peanut butter. The Salted Caramel soft squares, on the other hand, are absolutely delicious. These bars are kept in my climate controlled pantry, so there are no environmental reasons behind their unfortunate taste. Given these aren't an actual health food, but relatively HEALTHIER junk food, full of empty calories - and pricey junk food at that, I would recommend giving these a hard pass.
