Smartest smart device I have
Considered this brand since we already have a handheld cordless Neakasa vacuum and we really like it. But thought it was about time to get a robot vacuum for its convenience. When you first set it up, it explores and maps every corner of the house using Lidar technology so it knows its way around. I was actually impressed by how smart a vacuum can be.Once connected, it was super easy to command through the app either to start cleaning or to return to the charging station.Wasn't sure at first if it could clean carpets or hard floors only. It can move easily between both with no problem, it can go around obstacles, under beds, couches, and chairs very smoothly. It has more than enough battery to clean the whole house before going back to the charging station. The suction power is really good and may be more powerful than a traditional vacuum. The best thing is that you can use it while you are outside the house through the app, or schedule a cleaning routine.I like that it can both sweep and mop with no issues.Definitely keeping it

Moves the dirt but isn't picking up. 2nd one.
I had the previous Neakasa self emptying vacuum for over a year. One day, I did a firmware update and, from then on, whenever I tried to use it, it would start vacuuming, move about 2 ft away from the emptying station, and stop.Disappointed, I decided to repurchase the exact same model since I had been really happy with it until it was bricked (that's what I believe happened). That one was unavailable or discontinued, but I saw this new one just came out a day or two earlier. That's actually why I believe my older one was bricked... that same week this one came out.Anyways, it arrived and worked well, I thought. My floors looked cleaner. The one wool carpet I have wasn't super clean of cat fur, but everything else looked good. I ran this every 2 two days...about 3 to 4 times per week. Never set up the mop because it seemed too much of a hassle since you can't do both at the same time. But this week, after the vacuum ran, I got my everyday cordless vac out to help with the car hair on the area rug I mentioned. This cordless hand held has an led light which allows you to see dust and dander not visible with the naked eye. I'd never now get any vacuum that didn't have one. Anyways, the light caught the hardwood and I saw a ton of dust. Everywhere on the hardwood. More dust than I'd ever seen on my floors.I vacuumed the whole first floor with the cordless...there was dust and specks of what I thought might be the cat litter on all rhe wood floors. Really, though, I think it wasn't cat litter, because I can see that without the led light. It was just dirt and dust.I vacuumed and then mopped without the neakasa.I saw today that this was the last day I could return it, so I vacuumed the whole first floor with the regular vacuum and set this one again to vacuum. Before I did, though, I opened it up to see if dirt was stuck in the machine or on the rollers. A little was, but not much, and nothing to explain why it was moving around dirt and not picking up. Again, this was making my floors MORE dusty and I had to take my regular vac out to clean it up.I packed up the machine and went to empty the dustbag in the emptying station before packing that up. It was practically empty. That's a shocker because I had been running it for a month and I actually have a dreambote for one side of the first floor and a roomba upstairs....I know how much dust my house gets. All this time I was vacuuming the one side of my first floor, it wasn't picking up anything. My bedroom looked good, too...the dark flat carpet looked clean after vacuuming, so I'm still a bit flummoxed at that.Anyways, glad I am returning before the absolute deadline which is TODAY.I'm searching for a new vacuum. I do like my roomba but it vacuums in a random pattern and definitely does better in a smaller area. My upstairs is smaller. I like my dreambote, also.... that picks up very well. It's not self emptying though, and can't do the whole first floor without having to charge.... that's why I wanted a second one....so I can run them both and have it finished in half the time.Still searching!

Quick and easy to set up!!!!
Purchasing this product is one of the best thing I ever done. With the robot vacuum, you can do everything through the app. I have it set to clean once a day at a specific time and it cleans the whole house and still have extra battery life left and it auto adjusted throughout the house on what surfaces it goes on which is a nice feature. I also have a pet and it is pet friendly, it avoids obstacles in its path and on the app, it has a map of the house and it even shows you where it cleaned on the map tracker. I love this product and will be sure to buy more stuff from the company like this.

Great for the first 2 months, then stopped working properly.
For the first two months, this vacuum ran great. Easy to setup and configure, the scheduling and maps worked great and as expected. However, two months in the vacuum continuously loses it's map, goes from 50% battery to 5% battery to 15% battery in a matter of 30 seconds while running, and will be at 75% battery then completely die on the spot (when you bring it back to the charger, it says it's at 70% still once it's refreshes). It enters into "restricted" zones, and wanders when cleaning even when assigned to specific zones. The maps "grows" and creates fake additional areas in rooms, and the map itself will just disappear in the middle of a cleaning cycle. We are at our wits-end with having to find it randomly across the house and reset it.Save your money -- buy anything else.

Easy to set up and clean well
I hesitate to purchase it at first since it is kind of new. But after reading the description and video I said will give it a try. It is so easy to set up and clean my carpet and floor really well, my kids enjoyed watching the vacuum robot around the house and they said it looks like we have the maid in the house to keep it clean. All the hair Shedd from my dog clean and perfect. We happy with it

Warranty never arrived via email
I like the product but for the price I paid for a 2 year warranty. It was supposed to be emailed to me and hasnt shown up. This is very irritating. Id like the warranty and it still shows marked for delivery which to me would be easy since its an email. I cant get a refund yet until the status changes.

Waste of money
This thing can't do one cleaning cycle without getting stuck on under furniture or the cliff sensor tripping due to the carpet being too dark. Also when it goes to the dock and empty itself, it can't suck out the dirt because it packs itself too full and dock isn't strong enough to suck it out. I got this for the self emptying feature but every time it is finished I have to remove the brush, pull out the dirt and then redock it and use the app to activate the self emptying feature manually 2 to 3 times to get it cleaned out. What a big waste of time and money. Oh, I almost forgot, it also thinks floor registers are cliffs. You either have to cover them up before you clean or sit around and babysit the thing everyday when it cleans.
