Great laptop
Works fast and is great for school

Do not buy from this company
Laptop looked great. Fingerprint scanner didn't work. No way to hook up to wifi. Tried downloading drivers. Still didn't work. The checklist they sent showed all was good. Took days to receive laptop when it was suppose to be next day. Never again.

Nice Fast refurb laptop
So I really like this laptop. The description was slightly off. I don't recall it indicating that it was touchscreen but it IS a touchscreen and that just adds to the product! I arrived as described and works great so far. The battery life is typical for a small notebook and it's a relatively new battery. It indicates it's at 94% so not new but still very high. My only complaint is my own fault. I thought it had 2 USB-C ports. It only has 1. It also has 1 high speed USB-A port, however. You can charge and power the computer from the USB-C port but if you do that, you loose that port. It did come with a generic power cord so you can just use that if you want to keep the C port free. I am a couple weeks in and It's working just fine.

Battery is Dead
Looks good however eventhough I had called and spoke to the seller before purchasing and asked him to ensure I got one with good battery life ,this was not it battery was burnt can't really use without plugged in .... hopefully they will see this and reach out to send a replacement or battery

Works Great! Feels Like New!
AmazonRefurbish did a really good job, you can’t even tell it’s a refurbished computer. My only complaint is the laptop gets a tad hot (like there’s some sort of fan issue maybe??) but otherwise it’s amazing and fast! Took a bit to set it up but once I did overall I was happy. 10/10 I would order another!

The battery needs replacing
The item arrived early , packaged well, with no signs of damage. It looked new. However, once I plugged it in to charge it, a warning came on the screen advising that the battery was defective and needed to be replaced. On calling Amazon about the issue, I got little to "NO" help. All I could do is return the unit for replacement or refund. Honestly, it's just easier to pay the $35 and get a new battery . The ad for the laptop guaranteed that the battery would hold at least an 80% charge, which, obviously, was in error. The unit came with a checklist of all the items tested and it said the battery checked out fine. Seems that wasn't exactly the case. I've been pleased with previous purchases, but this time I am very disappointed.
