Delicious healthy tomato
Marzano is a good tomato breed. One more bonus is organic. It is easy to germinate and grows vigorously. It gives beautiful tomato, sweet crunchy. The plants have been giving fruits . However weather and care are also important factors.

lassic San Marzanos – Productive Spring Harvest in Zone 8a
San Marzanos are my all-time favorite tomato, and these seeds lived up to their reputation. In Zone 8a, they produced really well in the spring before fizzling out in the intense summer heat (to be fair, I didn’t use shade cloths or any special care—I’m not an expert gardener). Even so, I got one big, satisfying harvest and a few extra tomatoes trickling in afterward. The tomatoes themselves are perfect for sauce—easy to peel, rich in flavor, and they cook down beautifully. I’ll definitely be planting these again next season. At first, I thought the envelope looked small, but the seeds are tiny—“small but powerful” sums it up well. If you want that authentic old-world San Marzano taste in your kitchen, these seeds are a great choice.

Best producing plants I’ve ever had.
These seeds grew into the best garden plants I’ve ever had. Produced so much fruit I was giving tomatoes away the entire summer. Best seeds I’ve ever purchased. Tomatoes are my favorite. Especially this kind.

50% germination rate NY first try
I started 20 seeds, just like other tomatoes and these only sprouted 10 seedlings. So a 50% germination rate, right? Lowest of all my seeds this year. I'm trying 30 more today. See what happens! At least I got some going. I use happy frog organic soil for all my seed starting with humidity domes in an indoor nursery setting. Maybe San Marzanos are more finicky.

Great Sellers to do business with, Thanks!
Excellent communication from the Seller. The seeds were well packaged and arrived without issues. Highly recommend! I had a bumper crop of San Marzano tomatoes. 2 plants produced over 4 gallons of sauces & tomato soup for the winter. I still had fruit I couldn’t pick at the end. Very happy.

No luck with this
No luck with this. Seeds looked like scrapings from a freshly cut tree. Extremely disappointed. FYI. 45 years growing. Best of luck!
