I love this product
Cooks a little longer than standard pancake mix but texture is decently fluffy. It’s on the pricey side but overall the family favorite keto option. We add fruit, cinnamon, vanilla extract, nuts etc and I don’t miss normal griddle cakes!

If you love pancakes and hate carbs, this is it. Throw in a handful of fresh blueberries. Made without sugar alcohols so no bloaties after eating these! Nice and fluffy gluten free!

Amazing taste and low carb
We are on a low carb eating plan and were missing pancakes until we found this mix. It addressed our #1 issue with other pancake mixes - too many carbs. These taste rather bland. I will try something with different flour - maybe coconut next. Pretty easy to make, however.
