I set it up and it Actually Worked

I have a lot of mixed feelings about this hydroponic system. It's easy, simple, and compact. This is good for herbs or lettuce that can basically run itself and be tucked away in a nook in your kitchen. However, the one button system is so annoying. It doesn't tell you what mode the system is currently on, only how to cycle through options. The button is by touch not depression, so it's difficult to tell if I have pressed it and how many times.I could not get the app to work and connect to the system. When I tried to jump through the hoops to their customer support it was frustrating and laborious enough that I just gave up because you don't really need the app. Although, maybe I wouldn't be struggling so much with the button if the app could tell me what is going on.All that said, it is successfully growing my herbs and greens. If you need a cheaper option and you're okay with the flaws as I have described them, this system could work for you. I recently got this desktop hydroponic garden, which has proven to be a convenient addition to my home. This smart indoor garden offers an efficient way to grow plants in my kitchen.The system has two LED growing modes, providing flexibility to cater to different stages of plant growth. The first mode, the germination starter, creates an ideal environment for seeds to sprout and establish roots. The second mode, the growth mode, delivers optimal light spectrum and intensity to support plant growth and development. I found this feature particularly helpful as it simplifies the process of nurturing plants at different stages.Setting up the LetPot system was straightforward, although more explicit assembly instructions would have been easier. Unfortunately, the lack of clear instructions on mounting the pump within the unit's body was a slight drawback. Nonetheless, once assembled, the system's compact design fits nicely in smaller spaces, and the five pods allow for the simultaneous cultivation of multiple plants.While the LetPot system offers convenience and efficient plant cultivation, a few areas could be improved. As mentioned earlier, more straightforward instructions for mounting the pump within the unit would have been beneficial during assembly. Additionally, the control panel interface could benefit from a more intuitive design for easier navigation and customization of settings.Overall, this system is a practical solution for indoor gardening enthusiasts. Its two LED growing modes, automated features, and compact design make it suitable for home, kitchen, or office use. With more explicit assembly instructions and a more intuitive control panel interface, this system has the potential to provide an even more seamless indoor gardening experience than it already does.

Growing herbs

So we followed the directions as best as we could but our plants would just not grow. If we were to try this method again, we would get a more recognizable and trusted brand.

I really like this grower. I would say I’m a semi-experienced user as I have multiple growers. This one is a little smaller than ones I have. This one is a 5 pod. These use a square basket/sponge, that is something you’ll want to remember when refilling them. This grower only came with 5 baskets and sponges so a refill will be needed soon. The operation of the grower is simple, there is only one button. It will turn it on/off, change the light temperature, and turn pump on/off. It’s simple but can be complicated if this is your first grower. Most models have individual buttons for this but once you have it set up you really don’t use the buttons. I recommend setting up the grower in the evening, add your water, plant food (which is also included) and pods with seeds. Leave it off overnight, then in the morning turn it on and set to the color temp desired. Once that is done it will run 16 hours on and 8 hours off. Just monitor daily and when the seedlings emerge take off the germination domes. From then you just need to raise the light as needed and monitor water level. The growing system seems well made and works extremely well. I really like this growing system as it makes seed starting easy and good for anytime of the year. For the price of this unit it is a value, I highly recommend this grower to anyone who enjoys gardening.

Air pump is almost silent and light output is even and bright for its size. It comes with plant food you just fill the bottles and let the fertile dissolve. You add 5ml of each to every liter of water. There's only on button so you tap it long press to turn on and off. Tap once quickly to change light veg/flower. Tap 3 times for pump operation.After soaking the grow sponges and placing them in the baskets and putting seeds in each I take a small piece of sponge and lightly cover the seeds then place the humidity dome over them. It will assure the seeds stay moist.When adding the nutrient solution I make sure that the ppm level of the water is below 500ppm. This was achieved by adding no more than the recommended amount of 5ml of each part A and B to each lower of water. I set the light to veg (the brighter white of the two settings) now you just sit back and watch it grow, dding water on occasion in the fill opening on the lid.
