BackHeat Heat Patch for Backache Relief and Comfort from Back Pain - Pack of 3 (Patches/Wraps/Pads)

These patches heat up well, rarely get a dud as you do with some other products. I occasionally pull muscles in my back and within 2 days of using these get some relief.

Gave some relief when in bed, but not as long as 12 hours, perhaps one hour or less. Patches are quite long but can be torn in half if required.. Patches do not stick very well and easily come off when turning in bed. Much prefer to use electric heat pad during the day.

These heat patches are double the size of the normal heat patch and stay warm all day. I bought them as I had lower back pain and was going on a long motorbike journey to Scotland they really helped and was still warm when we arrived.I didn’t have any problems with them sticking although I didn’t have the chance to move them every hour it was probably every two hours. They stuck to the skin every time with a gentle heat no red patches when I removed it.My Son also used one and said it really helped his back strain also without needed tablets.I have already ordered more and would definitely recommend.

As a sufferer of sciatica and backache I found these heat patches to be easy to use. The heat they give out lasts for ages and this provided me with a degree of comfort that helped. These arent medicated ones which is probably why they are good value for the price. The instructions state that you need to remove/reapply the patch frequently but I found I could only do it twice as the stickiness had worn off, hence 4*.

These seemed great , heated up perfectly, good shape. However on removal the adhesive was too strong and actually took a few layers of skin off. Unfortunately I will not be buying again.

The heat is a great temperature, lasts for ages which is great! The only thing that could maybe be improved is that it loses its stickiness after a while - as it says unpeel and reposition regularly - I had to use my back support as well to hold it in place, the sticky doesn't feel very nice on the skin anyway but perhaps this could be improved somehow

Best heat patches I've tried for my frequent bouts of back pain. They are shaped to fit right across the back, and the centre is perforated so that you can halve it to apply further round each side. They are not at all bulky, but give off a good heat. Wonderful!

When you are an active person who has arthritis of the spine and a long lasting flare up strikes, you get desperate to resolve the pain. This pad fitted smoothly and stayed in position over my lower spine and glute muscle and heated exactly the place I need it to. The heat was powerful without being overwhelming. I would recommend it on the basis that it is comfortable, effective and does not interfere with wearing normal everyday clothing. If you suffer with back pain, keep some in your cupboard. The relief can change the way you plan your day.
