The unit charges well. Just be aware that it is not a battery powered charger that you can take with you. You have to plug it in for it to charge. It doesn't specifically say it is battery powered, so it was my mistake for making that conclusion based on the pics and description.

This works well to charge batteries and store them.in a closed case versus the normal open tray chargers. Works especially well when charging in a vehicle while driving.

The only difference is the case is a dark metallic silver, not black like the products image shows, but that doesn't matter much to me. I don't know why the review question asks for a "battery life" rating when this does not come with batteries, but if it's talking about the charged battery sitting in the case, I do not believe it discharges the battery significantly while in the case and not plugged in.

I really like this charger. I have 3 batteries, and this has 2 slots, so it's perfect in that sense. I would give it 5 stars but I have another charger from a different company that does the battery charge level much better, with 5 levels to tell you how close each battery is to full, instead of just 3. It also tells you how full the batteries are without even being plugged in, which is another huge benefit. Overall happy with the product and won't be searching for another, but if I didn't have one I'd look a bit harder

I just purchased my 360X3 camera and I am shopping for accessories and I am needing an extra batteries and charger and came across with this battery charger hub with 2 batteries so I decided to try it out.The hub case has a nice flip top cover design and similar to an AirPod case but in a large form and it has glossy finish. It holds and charge 2 batteries at the same time using 12v 2amp charger however when using regular charger or less than 12v 2amp this only charge one battery at a time. It come with USB C to C charging cable and the cable is short which is about approx of 11-12 inches.The charging hub has power and two batteries status indicator lights which are useful to know the charging status.I have tested both batteries and charged them using a 65W 12v 3amp charger and it does fast charging and no issues so far and batteries works well with my camera.The batteries has a rubber seal just like the original 360X3 batteries but I won’t trust using it when submerging my camera in the water just trying to be careful as I don’t have accidental damage insurance on my camera.Overall, I think this is a great hub case and batteries if you think about getting the original insta360 charger and batteries it would cost you double the price and this does the job done for less. I also like that this also has 2 micro memory storing compartment under the lid which I think is great idea and I appreciate that design. For the its price it is definitely great value for the money.

Good sturdy design, this charger or charging hub is convenient and a smart way to kill two birds with one stone. Not only does it truly charge much faster, but it protects and stores the batteries at the same time. Comes with charging USB C cable, which is what most devices have so I can just plug into what I already have set up. Here is why I think this is such a good setup. I start with 3 fully charged batteries which I swap out as needed when I end up with 2 dead batteries in the box/charger hub I plug in and charge. Before the last battery is dead, I have two fresh ones ready as I keep doing this, I rarely ever find myself without power. Recommend
