Carolyn is really good at explaining the tricky stuff about getting a mortgage in an easy way. I've read a few of her books, like "How to Repair Your Credit Like the Pros" and "Repair Your Credit After Bankruptcy Like the Pros," and they always have helpful tips for getting closer to owning a home. Her new book is just as great. It has everything from advice on passing underwriting to different programs that can help you put less money down and buy a home faster. I totally recommend her book if you want to get ready to apply for a mortgage and buy a home.

A must read, especially for first time home buyers. You'll feel more prepared and more at peace knowing what to expect.

Once you start reading it grabs your attention and you will want to know what's next. I just started reading it and I have to tell you I already started learning things I didn't know.
