Very usefull
Perfect for small amounts of meat on an outdoor grill or your oven. You can create resturant quality at home. Stainless steel scrubs up well even if gets some burnt on juices etc. Worth the reasonable price. Have recommended to others in my family.

I was so excited to get this so I can make my own gyro the problem is that at the very bottom of the pan the meat doesn't roast as well as Above the Rim but great product comes with three different size skewers for the pan

High quality at a great price
Very solid and well made vertical pan. I used it to skewer and smoke gyro meat on my Kamado grill. It was super easy to clean and the skewers are easy to put on and take off. Overall super happy with my purchase.

Je suis un assez bon cuisinier. Je me suis perfectionner dans les cuisines de d'autre culture. Au lieu de dépensé de l'argent dans des restaurants, pourquoi pas le faire par moi même. Mon résultat est assez incroyable que je m'en fait chaque semaine. Même des collègue crois que c'est pas moi qui fait le shawarma. Une petite vidéo en preuve et il me demande de leur en faire. Bref, ce produit est bon. Un certain jour je vais acheter la machine avec le brûleur. Pour ceux qui commence avec le shawarma ou poulet portugais c'est ok avec ce produit.

Metal spike broke from base first time i used it

Perfect unit for exactly what you see in the photo. El pastor tacos! Thrown on the smoker. Comes with 3 sticks and used the middle length that way the smoker closed. Only thing to be mindful of, the tray at the bottom could be bigger. Over flowed with the juice so put a tray under it to catch the drippings. Would buy again!
