3 Pack, Gluten Free Potato Gnocchi, Cooks in 2-3 minutes, (3 x 1 lb), Italian...

I am so happy I found this product. The Gnocchi is delicious and tastes like the GF Gnocchi in restaurants. The price is what I would expect, and the shelf life on the product is good, too. I cooked it, added pesto for a quick, easy dinner. I recommend this product.

It’s impossible to get gluten free gnocci in my area, so this is a great find. Takes a short time to prepare and one pack is plenty for two people if all you want for dinner is a big bowl of gnocci. Probably 4 people if it’s a side! Tastes good on its own (which hasn’t been my experience with all brands) and even better with sauces. Doesn’t fall apart, get super mushy, or lose its shape if prepared correctly.

I'm not gf but my husband has celiac. These tasted great. Added them to a crock pot for about 10-15 minutes after cooking meatballs. They didn't turn to mush.

I added about a half package to soup that I was making as soon as the liquid was boiling and they cooked in just a few minute as directed and were absolutely perfect and delicious....I did not cook them separately as the directions said and as far as I could tell, it did not matter at all in the finished product! Next time I will try the directions as stated and see if there is actually a difference in the finished product.... It is not easy to find a variety in gluten free foods and I am so delighted to have these and the gluten free egg noodles which I plan to try later this week....Try these if you need gluten free - you will like them!!

How do these have a high rating!? Gniocci is my favorite italian pasta. I’ve been GF since 2012, and having lived in Italy a year of that time, I have found soft, fluffy, tender gf gniocci. Believe it or not, Italy has tons of gluten-free versions because the pasta making governing body there has even instituted gluten-free options into the school system because so many people are now gluten sensitive there too! Yes the best bag of gf gniocci I’ve found was in Italy, but seeing this was imported I gave it a chance. EWW! Hard and chewy, no matter how/long you cook them. A sour taste, what’s that about? I knew seeing how yellow pics were it likely wasn’t going to be great; all pasta gf or otherwise should slant pale yellow. I threw mine out and gave away the extra 2 bags. If you know pasta well or our foodie don’t buy these!

Wasn’t tasty unfortunately. Tried with several different sauces but still I couldn’t find the taste ok. I was hoping for a gluten free alternative since it’s supposed to be a potato based food. Easy and fast to make
