My son saw a friend’s 1.5” tungsten cube and wanted one. He also wanted a collection of various elements and I spent a fair amount of time deciding between getting him a larger, more expensive cube or a smaller one with other elements to compare it to.Many of other options were much smaller (with some being under half an inch) and people were commenting on how small they really were. That concerned me because a big reason that he wanted these was to be able to feel the weight difference. I’m very pleased with what we chose. I honestly think this is the perfect size!!I saw the comment where someone complained about rust on his iron cube, but we didn’t have that problem. The cubes came in a vacuum sealed bag. The aluminum cube had a few scratches on it, but it’s not something I’m going to get worked up about. I’m pretty sure my son will add a few more to it on his own.We look forward to adding more to his collection!!

Mine came with the Fe (Iron) cube with rust on two sides of the cube. I tried to wash off the rust, but it did not work. Unfortunately, one of the sides with rust is the side with the description of the cube.
