Seals well and easy to use. The 8.5" fits me Moto G5 with the cast I have perfectly.

Seems a bit flimsy. Not sure how long it will last but it did work well.

These pouches were perfect for a day at the amusement park. Got on water rides and phones were protected. The colors are great, so each person knew which was their phone.

Used it on the pool and beach. Kept sand and water out and was still able to use while inside pouch.

I ordered the large size, so the picture showed the clear portion to be 4.9" x 8.5". Mine measured 4.5" x7.5" - smaller than the regular size picture!

Well, we decided to test this out before leaving on the trip. We put cardboard inside, sealed it up and submerged it for over an hour. The cardboard was soft and there was definitely condensation on the inside. It might be fine for keys or cash, but I would never put my cell phone in there.

We got this two pack of waterproof phone pouches to use on a cruise. It was our first cruise together, so we had to get all of the essentials/basics, and we found these great holders thankfully. Before the cruise I tested the waterproof claims by filling with tissue, since that’d show with an even smaller amount of water than a napkin would, and in both instances (one was submerged for an hour, which I expected would be about the time it would be underwater during excursions, while the second was submerged overnight) the pouches worked perfectly. The closing mechanism is simple yet very effective. One thing to expect is spotting residue after the pouch dries; it’s easily wiped, but if you don’t know that ahead of time then you might miss some of the fun by fussing with wiping the pouch while others are watching the fish or such. The most impressive part is that the pouch easily accommodated a thick MagSafe case while also accommodating a thin model of Otter Box, which was surprising since we thought that at minimum the texture of the Otter would be fussy, but no problem with either. Since we have heavy-duty cases we don’t have pop sockets, so I’m not sure if those will fit too, but it seems like the list of styles that won’t fit is a lot smaller than expected.
