I was new to this supplement(s) and didn't really expect anything beneficial but I wanted to try and see, just in case. I just finished off my first bottle and I definitely plan on ordering again. To start with, it's done wonders for my sleep. I've struggled staying asleep longer than a couple hours at a time, which leaves me even more anxious and irritable than normal throughout the day. With these, I was able to actually get a decent night's rest, and that made so much of a difference in my day to say survival. Another best thing was the very vivid dreams I had as well. Anxiety wise, I do feel like I'm not as on edge and worried. I'm sure the sleep helps with that, but I did notice a slight decrease in my general social anxiety that I've always had. Overall I suggest this product; if you're looking for a miracle you will be let down but if you go into it aware that this supplement can mildly help, especially in conjunction with other positive activities, you won't be let down.

I will still wake up but I think I sleep longer and can fall back to sleep easier. I wake up many times per night and I believe this helps me at least get enough sleep, even with wake ups. Prior I would just lay awake. I also take benadryl with this. My urinalysis showed I was low in gaba, so another reason I started to take this. Also no stomach upset is nice.

I ordered the Trasicolor Liposomal GABA with L-Theanine to help with sleep duration. I don't take it every night, and that may be why I haven't yet had a change in my sleep pattern. I don't have any issues with initial insomnia or really with insomnia at all. My issue is waking every 2 hours or so to use the bathroom for the past year or so while dealing with painful bladder syndrome. While my condition as a whole is improving with the use of other supplements, the GABA with L-Theanine and herbal blend has not improved my sleep duration, at least not yet. That said, my boyfriend does have issues with occasional initial insomnia as well as early-morning awakening, and he really likes this supplement as well. It was very effective for him right from the get-go. I do plan to continue taking this high-quality supplement and trying it with my first 2-hour waking to see if it lessens the frequent awakenings for the rest of the night after that. I researched GABA/L-theanine supplements, did not want melatonin in the blend, and this one fit the bill and was reasonably priced. Nice design on the bottle too! I would recommend it for anyone having issues with restless sleep with either initial insomnia or early-morning awakening, especially if accompanied by anxiety, being kept up by thinking about one's problems, etc.

This is my first bottle and after taking 1 capsule daily for the past 3 weeks, I feel less anxiety, more focused and overall better mood . I like that it has tart cherry in it which is great for sleep and muscle recovery.I can also say I have more energy. I will be adding this to my subscribe and save.

I have used this gaba with l-theanine supplement for many months. I can honestly say it is the only one I use and that it actually works. I take it in the am and find that I have zero unwanted side effects. After taking however, I do feel more focused and calm. If you are looking for a gaba supplement, The liposomal function helps to improve absorption and the L-theanine in combination with ashwagandha, and chamomile extract is especially effective.
