I was so happy to find this sugar free magnesium product with ashwagandha and lemon balm. I try to find my supplements in a tasty gummy form, I dislike taking a bunch of capsules/pills. I was able to eliminate a sub for ashwagandha thus reduced my monthly supplement cost. The product is great, it works to help me get to sleep at night as well. :) I plan to keep this sub!

I started taking these before bed and noticed my body felt less tense. They help me wind down without making me feel drowsy right away. The raspberry flavor is actually good and not chalky.

These gummies are amazing! After I turned 39 years old in march I've been having a lot of "mental" and "physical" issues. I suffer from anxieties and stress that since March have heightened and also been experiences muscle pains that I've never felt before. TMI, but my ovulation has gotten waaay worse. I did a lot of research about what I can take/do to help ease the stress, anxieties and pains, and everything pointed to Magnesium. I started looking on amazon and reading reviews of different Magnesium supplements and ended up choosing this one. One of the reasons is because it also has Ashwagandha in it which also came highly recommended. I can't lie, I was a little skeptical at first, if the Magnesium and Ashwagandha will actually help. Almost 3 weeks later, I can honestly say that I haven't felt so good in a long time. I do still get my down moments, but nothing that I can't handle, compared to 2-3months ago. I feel lighter, more at ease, happier, and even my boss made a comment today about how he's seen a change in me, being more positive, less stressed etc. My sleep has also improved drastically. I'm a person that dreams every night (no good dreams), and I remember everything the next morning. Now, I can't even remember if i had a dream, let alone what is was about. I take 2 gummies @ lunch time, and have no problem falling asleep at night, but if you are a person sensitive to sleeping gummies, I would say take it before bed, maybe 1 or 2 hours before. I take it in the afternoon because I'm on a fasting schedule so I am unable to take it at night. All in all I can confidently say that the gummies do work, and I will definitely be purchasing these again.
