Feels amazing
I was in the military, and I have bad knees and knee pain because of it. This last year, my right knee has gotten worse. I seen this thing and I knew immediately I had to get it. It doesn’t slip or anything when you walk with it on. It’s not uncomfortable. It heats up to a very good heat that’s not overwhelmingand the vibration is not too much.I seen that they sell these in a two pack and now I wish I would have got the second one. You can use it on your knees, elbows or shoulders. I hope the lifespan on this thing is good because I’m about to be using it every day.

Heavenly
This product is easy to use, quality materials. The wrap works great. 3 settings for heat and for massage. The charge lasted 3 hours straight. It takes about an hour to recharge. Is very light weight. It also has 2 straps, so it's easy to adjust. It has an interior pocket to place the straps when you put it away. I love it. It even arrived 80% charged. Easy to turn off and on.

versatile application & effective lessening the pain
the design and strap extensions makes this device very versatile. my main application is for both knees (over pajama pants so not directly on skin)+ heats up quick and adequate temperature levels+ very lightweight and comfortable+ cordless for mobility+ recharges rather quickly 2 to 2-1/2 hr from 0 to full- no timer, fell asleep & woke up with dead battery- (maybe just my fat fingers, but...) difficulties with on/off hold tiny buttonsoverall an effective device and would recommend

This is a must have
I can’t believe I lived without these for so many years! The design of this product is great, it fits extremely well, they are soft and flexible, the vibration settings and heat settings are amazing, I love the fact that it is cordless and I can move around with them on! They seem to be built very well, I purchased two of these one for each knee, I do tile for a living and my knees are shot, these give my knees a good recovery and I feel so much better after each use! 10/10 recommend for those with bad knees or joint pain!!!!

Awesome!
I bought this for my dad. He has chronic knee pain and left knee replacement. He loved it! He said that the heat helped relief some pain especially in the winter. He loves the vibration feature. He stated it was easy to operate.

Comfortable and works well
I found out recently by moving from warmer areas to colder areas that the weather can affect your joints, which so happened to be my right knee. The solutions online were to use a heating pad, or vibration to get the blood flowing. I bought this and it's honestly helped me out to get over the joint pain (along with exercising too -- just pointing out it's not this alone). Ultimately the charge lasts pretty long and I get a good few hours out of it. It can get pretty hot on the highest setting, so I'm not sure if I'd recommend it on the bare skin at such a high level. The only downside I'd say is that you can't operate it while it's being charged, which is a bummer, since if I'm lying in bed, I'd prefer to be able to just leave it plugged in while I'm using it. But overall, I recommend this for the reasons I mentioned. Good buy.

Had to return - doesn't cover side of knee at all.
Had to return. Seemed to be good quality material and craftsmanship for the money. It is quite short in coverage when measuring from lower to upper knee. I couldn't imagine trying to walk around with this on and it being effective at the same time. Once on the knee, the MCL areas of your knee are not covered at all. So no massage or heat for those areas. No coverage for back of knee (as intended with product build). Massage feature is in a static position left and right center of kneecap. It is not movable. Heat works well. I knew within 2 minutes of putting it on that it was not going to be effective for my MCL pain. These kinds of products are always tough to know how well they will work for you until trying, since people buy these for various types of knee pain. For some this product will work, for others it won't. For the money it's worth a try.

Be careful, may burn...
Burnt my arm. Heating element is way too close to surface. More below...I bought this because it was hard to wrap my elbow/upper forearm with a traditional heating pad, and this one had some neat features and some good reviews. It looked good when I got it out. I was a bit disappointed by the fastening strap on the top side, it might be ok for a thigh, but there was not a good way to tighten it small enough to secure it above my elbow (I'm a reasonably fit 6'4" 230... so not a small guy) but I made it work... For use on the elbow, the display is hard to see, but that's no biggie... The vibration/massage was only in 2 small spots and not very strong, so I wouldn't buy this for that feature, but it wasn't horrible... Battery life was very very short, despite charging fully before use... So far all of those issues may have brought the rating down to 3 stars, but not horrible... UntilBut at least the heat felt good for a little bit... Until I looked in the mirror about half an hour after I took it off, and at first I thought I scratched myself, until I looked closer and could see the zig zag of the heating element had burnt my skin... Which was surprising... It defiantly got warm, but didn't make my arm sweat like a regular heating pad may do sometime, and it didn't feel like it was burning me... The only explanation is the heating element is way too close to the surface, so it didn't spread out the heat across the pad. Photos were taken about 30min after removing the pad, and the zig-zag burn pattern stayed very visible for 3-4 hours after these photos, and you could still see some of it 7-8 hours later.Maybe mine was a fluke manufacturing defect, but everything looks good when visually inspected, so it didn't look like an outer layer was left off, or that it was altered before I got it... I've been a FF/Medic for almost 2 decades, and I do a lot metal fabrication and auto restoration when I'm away from the FD, so I'm no stranger to aches and pains, nor to using heat to soothe them... Due to my line of work and hobbies, this is by no means the worst burn I've ever experienced, but its the only one I've ever gotten from something that should have been helping me... So Id strongly urge other (specially with sensitive skin, prone to getting sores and/or infections) to go another route, or at very least proceed with extreme caution using this
