This product has been a life saver for me. I prefer to not take medicine as much as possible, so I tried this because when I started menopause I could not sleep. I quickly realized Magnesium glycinate is great for helping me sleep but also for other issues that I was experiencing during menopause. As a 48 year old Women who is in perimenopause I think I found the answer to hot flashes! Before taking this product I was not having regular periods, I was having hot flashes, I was anxious, didn’t sleep well and had back pain all the time! Even though I eat well and drink water and exercise and pray, all those things didn’t help me! So I went to the doctors and got a full panel blood work so I can be very specific on what vitamins do I really need. I asked to check my minerals, hormone levels, and all the other basic labs. I bought these for my autistic 4 year old son, who has had sleeping issues from day one. I tried these myself first before giving them to him. They made me feel very “chill” and mellow. I fell asleep in half the time it normally takes me. The next night we gave them to our son, after mentioning them to our doctor. He fell asleep INSTANTLY and stayed asleep the whole night.
