Sturdy, fits my hitch receiver fine and has plenty of mounting holes for different winches
Very sturdy - certainly well in excess of what it is being used for but you certainly don't want to go light-duty on a thing like this. It fit into my hitch receiver perfectly and I had mounting holes that aligned with the ones on my winch. (There were quite a few 'options' in that regard.) Does just what I wanted it for.

This item is built nicely, it fits your receiver nicely, and it’s not super heavy. It’s a very good value for your money. The welds are spot on and the paint is evenly coated so it’ll look great and last.

Goes with the battery hitch
This was needed to put the pulley onto our jeep. The two together works great.

Design leaves room for improvement, qulity is generally good
This would have been a lot better if the square tube continued under the plate for an inch or two, to add some strength in the vertical direction. General build quality is OK. Material thickness is OK. Hole alignment is good. It's been working with a little 2,500# winch.

Upon inspection, it seems to be high quality. I use it with a 2500 lb winch and it does the job of pulling items onto my utility trailer.

This is well built of thick enough steel and the welds look good.Was a bolt up for my 3k # winch to hook assembly into any 2" receiver
