You only need this one book
I've been following Rhiannon on Instagram for ages and what really appealed to me was her focus on a healthy relationship with food. She obviously is very slim and fit and I felt like there was hope in having a relaxed, healthy relationship with food AND being slim. I've been trying to move away from focus on weight to focus on health for a year or two, so it was reassuring to see she had successfully done the same and that this opinion was coming from a well-qualified source. The book arrived just after Christmas, which was well-timed, not because of Christmas but because of a recent slip up in my attitude around food and a foray into intermittent fasting, that ended up with a few weeks of binge eating as a backlash when I pushed it too far.The book has brought me back to my good habits and sensible outlook. It provides a clear, simple message that cuts through any fads and gives confidence to anyone looking to just have a straightforward, consistent and sane relationship with food. Something about having this all written down on the page is very useful if you are prone to anxiety around weight. I'll be treating it as a handbook to return to for reminders when things go awry.Other things I loved were the helpful descriptions around portion sizes and in particular the photos of these. Something about the photos just made this information click better for me. The information about different elements of a meal (the veg/protein/carb elements) has got me to relook at some of my breakfasts and lunches to make sure they are balanced. There aren't big changes to make, but just tweaks.Also... the recipes!! I have had so little luck with recipe books as most stuff is just too long-winded or complicated and/or not tasty enough. In this book I have found a number of great examples of recipes that I will actually use, or which are similar to what I already eat but have some ingredients I haven't used that will give more variety in my diet, like pomegranate, dried apricot, smoked mackerel and tzatziki. What she has managed to achieve with this book is amazing. I honestly don't think I need any other books or info to get me on the right track and actually by just using this one, I feel like it will simplify my outlook and stop me hunting around for new ways of eating. Working on getting simple, healthy eating consistent is really the only fix for a bad diet or a bad relationship with food. :P

100%+ pleased with my purchase.
Could not be more happy to have purchased this book! So refreshing to read information from an actual qualified nutritionist whom knows what they are talking about, in=depth. Rhiannon's book has a lovely flow and easy to follow layout. With actual educated information, the focus is not on faddy short term diets, but on fuelling your body with what it needs. Full of nutritional information, that is easy to understand, not full of complicated jargon. Lots of yummy recipes included. Vegans, any recipes including meat etc are easily able to be converted to being vegan friendly. Although theres a lot i there already that is fine.My dad who rarely picks up a recipe book, and would never purchase a book like this himself, has even been interested in Rhiannon's book. The information is easy for him to understand and he's been very interested in the knowledge presented in this book. Education is key!As somebody with Hypermobility syndrome chronically/ Ehlers Danos i have to have a higher protein intake that most people, just to help my body cope with the energy it needs daily to function. But i need to do this in a healthy way. Whilst i wait for my NHS nutrition appointment, this book is going to really help me in the meantime and to also properly understand what is discussed at my appointment.Just a lovely clear, beautiful, well photographed book.Much better than wasting money on fad diets that don't last or really help. This is a book full of proper nutrition and food education.

If only this is what they taught in schools....
Cannot recommend highly enough - this book should be taught in schools! From growing up being influenced by celebrity diets in Heat Magazine, to now be bombarded with an array of conflicting nutrition messages on social media, it is so refreshing to read a professional, scientific and evidence based approach, that cuts out the noise and brings nutrition back to its basics.Through her method of the 4 R's, stressing the importance of nutrients (not calories), practicing self-love, and eating mindfully, throughout the book Rhiannon perfectly addresses our increasingly complex relationship with food. All of a sudden, the seemingly impossible concepts of 'moderation' and 'balance' become so simple. In addition to an array of delicious recipes - breakfasts, lunches, dinners and deserts - that can be easily tailored for any diet, this book really is a bible for building a healthy, sustainable and balanced approach that will last for life.A simple, honest and - most importantly- fad free approach to eating, Re-Nourish truly is a breath of fresh air.

If you need help with nutrition, don't look further....
I absolutely love this book with lovely recipes and breaking down every single information that you need about nutrition. Especially in this world when nearly everybody gives you nutrition advice and believe that they know it best, it's so refreshing to have found a book from somebody who is qualified and can clearly narrow down what you need to know.
