Fantastic Customer Service & Product!
I’m a big fan of Soundcore and have been for a long time. I’ve owned several models of headphones and earbuds. I’m also a fan of their Anker line of products. The quality is great and the customer service is even better. My first pair had an issue with an odd, unexplainable, sound that would come out of nowhere. It would hurt my ears and scare me because it was unexpected. I contacted the company directly through their website. I explained the issue and offered to send them back for testing. They agreed and sent me return postage. I sent them back and then they sent me a new pair. Product Review These headphones are fantastic! I purchased a pair for the noise cancellation feature and the ability to connect to 2 devices at the same time. Connecting to multiple devices, an switching back and forth, was seamless. ANC I connect to my work laptop and my phone at the same time and the switch over is seamless. The noise cancellation is good. You can still hear a little but I’d say these block 95% of sound. Fit They fit great on my ears and the padded headband feels good on my bald head. They are very comfortable overall. Sound Excellent sound with very low latency. You can customize the EQ through the Soundcore app (which the app has tons of other features). Taking phone calls are clear for both parties. This is an unsolicited review. My experience with their multitude of products, and excellent customer service, has been nothing but the very best.

Excellent Headphones
These Soundcore Q20i headphones are great. They sound amazing and are comfortable to wear. The ANC features blocks out about 95% of noise around you. The headphones work great with the Soundcore app and allows the user to customize the sound. They charge really fast via USB-C and seem to hold a very good charge. Highly recommend!

Surprisingly good sound and noise reduction, unbelievable value
I'm a part time musician, producer, and audio engineer and own a bunch of headphones including some studio reference headphones and an Apple Airpods Max (which I love in spite of the lack of sonic accuracy - comfy and pleasant sounding). To be clear, the Q20i 'phones are *not* in this class. But...they sound far FAR better than I expected! I also have plenty of mediocre headphones around that I can't stand to listen to, but the Q20is sound way better than those. The bass is especially impressive: most inexpensive 'phones have really thumpy but highly artificial sounding bass. The low end on these sound surprisingly full and natural! Comfort was better than expected at this price point and the at-home/office noise cancellation was spot on. I can't speak to how well the noise cancellation performs on a bus or jet yet, but I can comment on the lack of coloration of the main audio when ANC is activated. On many inexpensive (and some rather expensive) ANC headphones, the quality of the audio drops notably when ANC is enabled. Not on these, which is quite impressive. My use case doesn't care about built-in mic performance and I haven't used or tested that so have no feedback there. Comfort is also surprisingly good. Some of the body materials feel a bit plastic-y (no doubt because it's, um, plastic) but the ear pads feel great. Hopefully they will last. If I was going to have a complaint it would be about the placement and tiny size of the combo power+volume buttons. Not intuitive and a bit hard to find until you get used to it. But still: at this price point I can't deduct a star for that. So are these Airpod Max killers? Nah. But at less than 1/10th the price?? I would say you get half the way there for 1/10th the money. A great deal in my book. (fwiw, I got these for my wife's casual listening but liked them so much I'm going to grab a set for my own use when I don't want to risk losing/damaging my more expensive 'phones)

Good sound quality, good noise cancelling
I've listened to lots of high end headphones as I used to work in ProAudio electronics. These are obviously not competing with $$$ headphones and it's important to point out that comparissons should be fair. I needed a set of bluetooth headphones for use at work and on planes. These got good reviews on youtube. These headphones are remarkably good and very good for the $. They have an app that can be used to shape the EQ to your tastes. I raised bass and treble a little. There is plenty of bass available and they are clear in the midrange. They are easy to connect and there are easy buttons for control on the side. They seem pretty rugged and fold up into a nice small shape. Battery life seems very good. The noise cancelling is amazing. Sitting in a noisy environment just hit the switch (on the headphones) and it's as quiet as the womb. I am looking forward to taking these on a plane. The one and only downside is they are hot to wear for an extended time. After an hour I am relieved to get them off. However I guess a lot of full headphones are the same so it's not purely an issue with these.

FANTASTIC!!!
Not sure what else to say other than, you need to try these! One of the best purchases ever. If you are like me and tend to be picky about a headphone or speaker not putting out enough bass, you won't have to worry about these. These headphones deliver a good, clean, distortion-free PUNCH of bass, delivering a FANTASTIC SOUND. If you're picky, you will NOT be disappointed with these. Superb battery life. Extremely easy connectivity. Comfortable. Durable - yet, I'm very, very careful with them as it seems it wouldn't take much to rip the rubber-covered areas. Only issue is the toggle switch for noise cancellation, etc, only 'beeps' when you press it, without letting you know which mode you're using. I do find it difficult to decipher if I have the noise cancellation activated, vs transparency, vs standard. A tiny matter that could be rectified with some kind indicator letting you know which mode you're in. Other than this tiny, tiny thing.............these headphones are FANTASTIC. TRY THEM!

Noise cancelling helps a lot even in thunder storms. Long battery life and charges quickly.

Definitely 5 stars for the price. I am got these to replace my Sony MDR 1000x (basically the old version of the XM4). Which were 5 X more expensive than these. I beat of my headphones, running, using them for the gym, lots of travel and being thrown into bags. So I decided to go for a cheaper option this time. Although my Sony's lasted almost 10 years I had to keep repairing them myself to keep them going. So here's my comparison against a pretty premium pair of headphones- my wife also has Bose QC35's and I've used them plenty too. Pros: - Sound Isolation is amazing, it has a very good seal over the ears (I have a big head and ears too) - Very comfortable, and suprisingly light. Ear cups feel memory foamish - noise cancelling is pretty great, and it doesn't cause discomfort like some cheap NC - Bass is powerful if you like that - they look good and feel of reasonable quality - the battery is as advertised Cons: - Sound quality over all is not spectacular, but good for the price. The bass is good but the mids and highs are a bit muddy. Honestly though it's completely fine and probably the best sound you'll get around this price. - Turning on the Noise cancelling causes a noticeable dip in sound quality. Although the NC is very impressive, it definitely causes the sound quality to become a bit more tinny. While the bass is still there. Everything else gets washed out. I find myself needing to change EQ settings when I turn NC On and Off. For this reason I have been using them with NC off mostly ( a bit annoying too as it defaults to being on everytime) So if you're tossing up between getting these or breaking the bank. Just know the main thing you'll sacrifice is sound quality. The NC is good, the soundcore app is nice enough, they look good and even sound decent enough. I'm perfectly happy to use these instead of more expensive headphones.

Voor het geld een super koptelefoon. Ik heb wel eens duurdere gehad, maar deze is toch een stuk beter. En je kan urenlang luisteren.

These headphones are simply exceptional for the sound quality they produce. Excellent balance of frequencies with just the right amount of bass support, not intrusive but robust, and well-distributed mids and highs that bring out the full range of sound expressions produced. The result is audio rich in nuances, well-distributed and with the right emphasis. The headphones are very beautiful and well-made, with soft and comfortable earcups. Of the many types of headphones I've purchased over the years, even much more expensive ones, these are by far the best... and if we consider the cost... they become unattainable unless you want to spend four hundred euros and up. I already had another model from the same brand and it was very good, which is why I chose this brand again, but this latest model is truly top-notch, so much so that I immediately purchased a second one to use in a second location, avoiding the wear and tear of carrying it around every day. As a musician, I'm used to noticing qualitative differences in the sound produced, and this allows me to appreciate the quality of these headphones even more. If I have to point out a small flaw... the power on/off signal is weak and unclear... the female voice that communicates the on or off status is much better... present in the previous model. Highly recommended!!!
