These are adorable but do not fit around a normal stethoscope at all even if you use pliers to make them larger. Total waste of money in my opinion.

I got a standard littmann stethoscope and they did not fit

Cute little flowers , very sturdy and strong. So strong that they’re very hard to spread open if they need to for around something slightly wider than the opening.

I love these little charms. I have gotten lots of compliments on them. Over a year they have not fallen apart, they don't affect your readings. The colors are cute and make things feel light. Definitely worth the price. So cute!
