Good for the price and have good padding, stay strapped on and a good quality, however when sparring with someone using leather shin guards they slip round and have to be fixed. Great for what you pay for, would recommend for a beginner in combat sports or someone starting out in sparring.

Great for MMA and provide great padding to the shins and instep. They don’t slip when on. These are too big for my 9 year old as the instep part goes way over his toes. These are lightweight and effective, but would say they are for someone of 11 years of age.

Practical and useful guard for any foot related sports particularly Kickboxing, Thai Chi and the likes. Paddings absorbs impact/powerful kicks during sessions. Moderately priced too. Wash in low temperature on ‘hand-wash’ or delicate cycle and dry thoroughly as may smell if worn damp.
