Love the product and actually works well to remove plaque and had been using the other oral b electric toothbrush but this is a game changer no doubt for just 100rs extra than the previous one, its worth the cleaning and easy of reaching difficult places. Oral B battery operated electric toothbrush is extremely poor quality. Within 2 to 3 months the toothbrush started malfunctioning with the power button response being intermittent, even after putting new batteries multiple times. After about 8 months the power button stopped functioning totally. Even though the brush is still under warranty, the customer service is totally unhelpful and is trying to blame me for wrong usage. Worse is that i am stuck with 2 brush heads which i bought for replacement. Very disappointed with such a sub-standard product from a reputed brand like Oral B.
