Taste good where I don’t have to fit my daughter to take it. And has definitely helped with her hair growth and strength.

I have seen a difference in hair growth. Reason being for 4 stars and not 5 would be that they are completely coated in sugar. If you are giving them to a little watch them closely or break in half. They aren't the easiest gummy to chew and could be a choking hazard.
