Great product and the ability to vary the amount of cleaner that you use based on the exact project. Is a great option to have. You can make it as strong or mild as your project requires. It also works very well & is super easy to work with. Be sure you have a spray bottle, that provides you the ability to get the ratio correct. This is a super cost effective way to maintain your HVAC units. I have 12 Tons of HVAC & i maintain them all. Living in Florida that means 4 cleanings per year. So, as a highly skilled DIY HVAC Guy " I love this product !! " I use to spend about $60.00 per unit in cleaner for both the air handler and compressor units each. So, that's $180.00 per quarter. Now i buy this one bottle and do all of them for $35.00.

WOW! This stuff works and smells good too. I smells like citrus (oranges). Dilution is 4:1 to 10:1. Use the 10:1 for "self rinse" applications where you can run the AC unit to allow the condensation front coils to self flush. Use the 4:1 for maximum cleaning power on the REAR of your AC unit, but it WILL require rinsing. I will continue using this product, as it beats anything in a can and can be used for a self rinse scenario or manual rinse scenario. This brings very good value for the money. I was able to use the 10:1 dilution to clean the front coils of 21 units, and only used about 1/3 of the gallon jug to do it. WARNING: Powerful stuff, so be aware. The concentrate will damage surfaces you don't want damaged if allowed to sit too long. When using the 4:1 dilution ratio (or pouring the concentrate itself) be sure to wear rubberized gloves that go up to your elbows, eye protection, and perhaps even a respirator in an enclosed area. This product is a potent acid!

Excellent product, cleans very well with foam cannon, will buy again.

Liked the ease of use

I like that I could use a ton of this without running out like you do with those foam aerosol sprays. This product work really well to clean my mini split squirrel cage air Movers and if any of you have ever looked at those, they are disgusting if they haven't been cleaned in a long time. So I'm super pleased with this product

Thus really works very well on my indoor mini split units. Loosens dust and mildew. I sprayed and let it dit for 15 minutes then use a low power (150 psi) HVAC pressure washer and everything came off on the first try.

Pretty good odor is very strong reminds me of degreaser like purple power which makes me wonder if this is really safe to use on my ac's

Cleaned outdoor AC condenser and it works much better. Enough to clean it several times.
