Worked as expected.
I’m 6’1”, long arms, I needed to raise my bar in order to avoid neck pain and back pain while riding. I ended up using an extender and lots of spacers to achieve that. I had a straight stem, with this 35 degree stem I removed 3 big spacers and maintained the same height.

Bought 2 for my wife an daughter's bike who wanted to sit a little more upright.
Bought 2 of these for my wife and daughter's bike. They wanted to be positioned a little more upright. These bring the handle bars both up a little bit and a little bit closer to the rider. Both found the position much more enjoyable. The installation was very simple. Pulled out the old screws from the old stem, replaced this stem. Realigned everything and tightened down well.
