I just got this chair. Price was great. Easy to put together very comfortable. Very sturdy. I love this chair.

The chair's comfortable enough, not great but not bad, but the headrest arrived broken in the box. The handle to lock and unlock the leaning is also pretty poorly designed.

Our department ordered 60 chairs and we put them together in one afternoon. They we very easy to assemble. Out of the 60 chairs we only had one that we cannot use as the arm rest was busted where the screw was to be placed. We will send that back for a replacement and everything will be great. The chair looks good and sit great.

Sturdy and comfy for a huskular guy

The chair itself is great and very comfortable. It rolls well and the ability to move the arms is a nice plus. The problem we had is the tool they send you to help put it together is useless is you have to use any kind of force. It broke immediately, and some the screw holes had incorrect threading making it difficult to even get the chair put together.

Good: It is comfortable and nice. Relatively easy to mount.Bad: chair doesn't seem 100% aligned. Left armrest being a bit lower. Also, material at the back feels nice and tight. But not sure how long that will keep giving this good support. Do not order if you are taller than 5'9". I'm that size and feel like I'm reaching the limit of the chair size (max height and head rest to the top)Update: The tilt to one side is about a third of an inch but still noticeable, I am considering returning...Update2: Seller reached out to me and offered to send me a new chair at no cost. This one it was straight and feels better. I am happy with the response and was able to resolve this in less than 2 weeks.

I got this chair for my daughter's room. I wasn't sure how it would be putting it together, how big it would be, or if any parts would be missing. I always check the check list and everything was there. I followed the directions to the T and had no issues. Trust me, DON'T TIGHTEN THE BOLTS to the back when attaching the arm rests, or seat, until you have all of them slightly attached. Otherwise, getting the holes to line up would be a bear!! I suggest pushing the seat up against something that won't damage the cushion until you get a bolt in. Once I got it together, sat on it, and adjusted it to me, I am hooked! It is absolutely comfortable and smooth rolling! Great chair for the price point and it looks amazing!
