Original Review (1 Star): My Epson WF-3540 wouldn't recognize the black cartridge no matter what I tried. Manufacturer sent a user guide that attempted to explain how to handle this error. The instructions provided in this guide didn't track with the printer. The guide didn't include any customer contact for Uniwork to attempt to get some assistance from them. I was hoping this would work rather than pay the exorbitant prices Epson charges for their ink cartridges -- no luck. Additionally, the short time I had the cartridges, the cartridges leaked. Don't waste your time and money on these cartridges. Updated Review (5 Star):Sarah from Uniwork contacted me after posting this review. She offered to send me a replacement cartridges. I explained that I had already requested a refund and had returned the cartridges. Sarah asked to send a replacement set (at no charge) and asked me to give the cartridges another try. I received the cartridges today and I was able to get the printer to recognize them. I conducted several test prints (color and B&W). No issues with printing or the quality of the prints. I'm excited because I now have a lower cost alternative for these printer cartridges compared to outrageous prices Epson charges. My advice go ahead and give these a try. If you run into problems like I did, send a note back to the vendor thru Amazon and I confident Uniwork will reach out to you to solve the issue. In this day and age of less than sterling customer service, my interaction with Sarah at Uniwork was very refreshing. All future ink cartridge replacements will be purchased from Uniwork.

I have had problems with generic ink drying out and not printing quality, but this ink was easily installed and has been printing with good quality and no problems!

I had a spare Stylus Photo RX595 in the attic stored over a decade as back up to HP Laserjet. As expected the original inks that came with the RX595 printer were not usable. I ordered these Uniwork 78 Ink Cartridge re-manufactured for Epson 78. Initially the printer did not recognize the cartridges but after cleaning the chip on each cartridge the printer recognized them (an alcohol pad was included in the kit with directions). In an effort to get the printer to recognize the cartridges I turned the printer both off and on but ultimately I kept the printer On while cleaning the cartridges and after cleaning them then success! It took about 4 head cleanings before the printer was able to print clearly (due to long storage in the attic). I would recommend this kit. I do not know the longevity of the inks but they do work, but I would not recommend the inks for pictures but for quick prints, the inks worked great! I was going to rate the inks, 3 stars but changed my mind to 4 stars because of the low price.

I had a bad cartridge in a box of 7. The Light Cyan would not detect after 5 times inserting it. After trying all methods, even cleaning, and resetting the contacts, No good. They will insult your intelligence of how to install and reset your printer. Their product is outstanding. I've purchased nine boxes in the last three years with no problems. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR ONE BAD CARTRIDGE SUCKS!!!

I have an Epson RX595. I gave these a try because of the price, and I am pleased. When I first installed them, I ran a nozzle check and the black cartridge was only printing about 50%, however, this could happen with any brand/off brand ink cartridge. It took 8 head cleanings, but it now prints perfectly. The color ones printed great from the start. A few cleaning cycles are nothing compared to the savings!

Worked perfectly. I was furious at Epson and their ridiculous price gouging for ink, and their underhanded policies regarding ink cartridges that say they are empty when they are not actually empty, and also the Epson machine not letting you print in black and white when a SINGLE color cartridge is empty, even if you have plenty of black ink. I was very tempted to trash the Epson printer altogether and just buy a completely new printer rather than giving Epson another dime. Then I found these and took a chance. I was not disappointed. They work as expected.
