This is a good size for bigger cats - however not as sturdy as some flaps. My kitten can open it even when it is lockd

Seems excellent quality, for the price, although magnets where not fixed in so has to superglue - otherwise when flap swung the magnets connected and jumped out! Now superglued, appears to work fine.

I purchased this cat flap an went on holiday so my cat could get in an out as he pleased. Now we have cameras in the house to keep checking on him an see if he’s been in an out if he still has food an water. We have automatic flowing feeders. So we thought getting the cat flap would be good so we don’t have to get someone to watch him, an he stays at home comfortably. When we went away he was fine for the first 3 days then he didn’t come in all day which wasn’t like him at all. So I made a few phone calls for someone to go see him. The cat flap had locked its self the more an more he was going in an out the little clips slide an eventually lock the cat out. We come home an stuck some sticks in the side to have it permanently open. We have now had it almost a year an never had a problem since. So please be careful it may lock your cat out.

Easy to install good instructions, cheaply built had to superglue the 2 magnets back in place which is a chore of its own then had to glue the brush strip all in the 1st day so pretty disappointed but once I done half of their Job and then installed it, it flaps well 😀, locking system is quite stiff but I don't tend to use it too much so no buggy for me.

I took great care in installing this cat flap yesterday into the side of my Cat enclosure (cutting a hole in the wire fencing) only to find that at first push the two magnets flew out of their casing and stuck together making the flap pointless. Then when I tried to close it so it locks both ways, that didn't work either. I had to get a knife out of the kitchen draw and push it really hard (whilst bending the door slightly) to lock it both ways. it is really badly designed although it looks good and matches the black painted Cat enclosure. also the screws are cheap and when I screwed the last one in place the screw driver burred the screw so I can't remove the faulty cat flap now either for a refund. I am at a loss as to how to remove it and get it replaced without being Unable to remove the damaged screw. I have also had to duct tape the magnets in place but that has made it look rubbish. £20 down the drain and my cat can't use it. What a waste for a pretend cat flap.

I needed a new dog/cat flap as my old one was letting in the cold air from outside. Fitting was not to bad once I found the instructions on the product its self. The magnet for the flap also looks nice and strong so the flap will not be left open. Really happy with the product.

cat is well chuffed with it in and out like a yo yo ,easy to install although a template would make it alot easier as i had to make my own!! (surely the firm could supply one?) the brush bars work well to keep out the draft so far,locking mechanism works ok although quite stiff to operate can recommend

Brush around door does not stand out and leaving gap around side. The locks are rubbish and my cats just push through the locked door easily. At this cost I was expecting a product of some value, this is cheep in quality and should carry a price of less than a fiver! But once it's fitted what can you do? This is not the sellers fault, it's just a bad product. Photo. Just to state: This is fitted properly and frame is not bent or warped in any way.

Luckorna är ej monterade ännu men verkar vara helt ok. Tyvärr så var båda magneterna lösa / loss, när paketen anlände. Ganska dåligt tycker jag.

Relieved within 3 days of ordering, easy to install and I have 3 happy cats.
