I recently purchased the proNurse Shift Report Notebook and I couldn't be happier with it! This notebook has been an absolute game-changer for me during my nursing shifts. You can tell that this was created by nurses by the serious thought they put into its design and the attention to detail. The size is perfect and the spiral makes flipping through pages a breeze, making my rounds way more efficient. The prefilled templates are great, they have sections for all the important patient info you can think of: medical history, discharge plans, overall assessment, and more. It has helped my frantic moments of "Did I miss something?" during shift reporting. This template has seriously simplified and streamlined my documentation process.

I love it. Use it everyday and would buy again! It really helps with giving an organized head to toe on a patient. Very god quality book and very functional for any nurse on any floor giving a report. Only wish it had more space for notes and updates but just for a basic report this book gets the job done

The medication record section streamlines dose management making me feel more confident in my note-taking. Its compact size allows me to carry it at all times during my clinical rounds. I would 100% recommend it to other nursing students as it will help you enhance your organization skills and become detailed oriented when providing care.

Overall this is a good report sheet for any unit nurse. I wish that some boxes were customizable/adjustable. Would add a notes section for general notes (orders from doc) and changes in patient plan of care. The lab Magnesium could be added for benefit. Overall a good report sheet, but not worth continuing to buy overtime.

Not helpful for internal med, neuro, psych, inpatient, etc. Very brief overview, mostly good for quick surgical rounds. 4/10

Love how this is set up amd its the perfect size; not too small thats its difficult to write in and fits in my scrub pocket. Very helpful info in the beginning on how to fill it out and abbreviations.

If you like to be organized and want report to flow easier this is the best !! It has all the body systems laid out and common pmhx so you can just circle what’s relevant versus writing everything down. It’s a spiral notebook as well so you can tear pages and keep them with you which is really nice !

This has definitely helped me to keep my notes organized for clinicals. I love that it has everything on one page and it helps me remember what I need for my concept map. Definitely helpful for nursing students!
