Just buy it!
I've had this over a year now and have made one small upgrade with the higher internal storage card. I use this almost daily and really can't complain. If you keep on doing updates regularly I highly doubt you'll have any issues. The battery life is subpar but I feel thats expected. I got two large power banks and can run games like Forza/Palworld/lies of P for about 8 hours or more. Games like Jedi Survivor run the graphics card pretty hard so it only lasts 4-5 hours on the same charge bank. It does get pretty hot so I also would recommend having some type of cooling fan if long hour gaming will be happening.

Best handheld ever
Not only does this work great for gaming, but it's a literal handheld computer that I even have my music development software on. This is changed the way that I use computers, and I love to dock it to my TV as a secondary pc.

Software problems
The product looked great out of the box but there was many errors when setting it up. It got stuck in a loop where it asked me to reset my pin and then it would just restart. I did this probably 15 times before I called ASUS support. They had me try a few things but nothing worked so they recommended I get a refund. On the good news I was easily able to get a refund.

Perfect for me
Cannot ask for a better handheld Windows PC and Gaming device. This ultra powerful device replaced my Xbox series S + SFF PC + Old MacBook Pro at the same time while being much smaller and lighter and with a touch screen and adequate cooling and support. It's perfect for me and I love that it exists, and I hope they continue to support it and iterate on it!

Didn't mention it was EU version. No charger for US
Not a review about the product. But the seller never mentioned it was an EU version. I had to buy a 3rd party charger
