I thought that by maybe getting this product I would save a little cash but I was mistaken. Originally I was going to get the official PlayStation dock but then I saw this and wanted to save money. I wish I would have read the reviews because I would’ve realized that this product doesn't charge controllers which is its main component. When the controllers need to be charged they will appear red on the dock. Both my controllers needed charged and it refused to work. Please don’t make the same mistake and just buy the official one or at least one that works…

Since my child has a PS5, I knew getting her a charging station for her controllers would be best. So glad I did, this makes keeping her controllers charged at all times a whole lot easier.No point in having to keep your controllers plugged in while playing, just keep them on the station when you’re not using them. Also keeps her from forgetting where she left ‘em.Perfect for a pair! And you definitely can’t beat the price…

My son loved this product chargers his controllers fast

honestly it does serve its purpose and does charge controllers. The controllers are hard at times to get on the small little charge port that penetrates the controller's port. just a cheap made dual charger that has crossed wires and kind of feels like if you COD rage quit the controller violently onto it, it might shatter. The illumination on front is backwards (controller on back illuminates front charging indicator light, but all in all it does I guess charge the controllers, for now...

Does exactly what it is supposed to do

It would not charge either of my controllers. I tried it plugged into the PS5 as well as plugged into an outlet. Most of the time, nothing happened at all. Occasionally, the yellow light on the controller would come on for 1/2 second, then go off. Odd enough, if a controller was sitting on the back slot and I put one on the front slot, the back one's light would go on and immediately back off. The lights on the "charger" were always blue - never red or off. Because I read so many other reviews of this one not working, I returned it and found a better one.

The media could not be loaded.  It was ready to use after unpacking! It comes with a cable, so all I had to do was plug in the charging stand and dock the controllers. It took less than a minute and it goes really well with the PS5 color scheme. It’s great quality for the price and doesn’t take up too much space!
