Once installed, land line wires clip in and clip out as expected. These are exactly as advertised and do exactly what they are supposed to.I ordered these to add some phone jacks to my house for a new "plan B" VOIP system, having removed much of the original phone system that we didn't use. With only cell phones these days, there just seemed a gap in our comms plan, so reinstalling an internet-based landline is a great-value backup.Very satisfied.

I haven't used my home phone for a long time but would like to replace the phone jack, which is too old and doesn't look good anymore. I love this minimalist style, and it goes well with the other sockets in my house. However, I've connected the wires, and everything looks right, but I cannot say how it works.

My husband couldn't find this replacement outlet anywhere locally. We wanted to change our old yellowed ones to bright white as we painted our walls. Thanks to Amazon we were able to find this one right away. It was a perfect fit and looks great.
